My dad recently cleaned out the pond. To do so, him and Carson put the fish into a wheel barrow. Carson had a blast.
My very talented sister took some great pictures of the Frye side of the family. Her kids are Tyler-3 and Audrey-5. Jim posted a picture on Instagram and he mistitled it "Cheery Blossoms". Well, I thought it was a perfect title for our afternoon in DC. It was full of CHEER along with Cherry Blossoms. We headed down after church. It took us a while to get down there, but that was ok because Carson was able to take a nap. Once we parked, we had a picnic lunch by the Washington Monument. Then we walked down to the Tidal Basin. We enjoyed the Tulip garden and played in the fields. We walked to the Jefferson Memorial where Carson learned to say "Thomas Jefferson". She thought it was a castle. Afterwards we walked a little more, enjoyed a little ice cream on the mall and ran a bit more. It was a great family day! Palm SundayCarson had a blast marching in with the children during the Sunday School fellowship on Palm Sunday. The kids marched around waving olive branches and humming "Jesus Loves Me" on the kazoos. Saturday Easter Egg Hunt at Church |
